Who can use ThambiReport
ThambiReport is for owners and managers of restaurants that use Seyon Lab. Your business owner gives you a login; there is no public sign-up.
Getting the app
Install ThambiReport from the App Store or Google Play using the link your business owner sends you.
Signing in
Enter the password you were given. We then email a 6-digit code to the address on your login; enter it to finish signing in.
The code didn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and give it a minute.
- Codes expire, so if it's been a while, start again to get a new one.
- If it still doesn't arrive, ask your business owner to check the email address on your login.
Face ID, fingerprint and signing in again
The app asks for Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint or your phone's passcode when you open it, to keep sales private. After 30 days, or if your login was turned off or changed, the app asks you to sign in again.
The numbers look different from what I expected
Reports compare with the same days of the period before, and they note holidays in the comparison. Cancelled and refunded orders come out of the totals once they're marked.
Removing access
Your business owner can turn your login off at any time. To have your information deleted, see Delete your ThambiReport data.
