Delete your ThambiReport data
ThambiReport logins are created by the business you work with, not in the app. Here's how to remove your access and your information.
Turn off your login
Ask your business owner. They can turn your login off immediately, and the app stops working on your phone at once.
Delete your information
Email support@seyonlab.com from the email address on your login and ask us to delete your data. We'll check the request with your business owner and confirm by email when it's done.
What we delete
Your name, your email address, your login and the time of your last sign-in. Records of past sign-ins in our security logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
What the business keeps
Sales records belong to the business. If you marked an order as cancelled or refunded, that mark, including your name, stays with the business's records, because it changes their sales figures.
On your phone
Signing out, or deleting the app, removes your sign-in from the phone.
