About these terms
These terms cover seyonlab.com and Seyon Lab's apps: ThambiOrder, ThambiReserve, ThambiPrint, ThambiTime and ThambiReport. If your business has a separate agreement with Seyon Lab, that agreement comes first.
Using the website
You may browse the site and use the demo form for genuine enquiries. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.
Accounts in our apps
Logins are given by the business that uses our apps. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, and tell the business owner straight away if you think someone else has used your login. The business owner can turn a login off at any time.
Your business's data
Sales, orders, bookings and timesheets belong to the business they come from. We process them only to provide the service. Our privacy pages explain what we collect and why.
Acceptable use
Don't use the apps to reach stores you weren't given access to, to copy or resell the service, or to interfere with it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep everything running and to improve it over time, so features may change. If a change matters to your business, we'll tell you.
Liability
The website and apps are provided as they are, except where your agreement with Seyon Lab says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, Seyon Lab isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
