ThambiReport privacy
ThambiReport is a private app for restaurant owners and managers who use ThambiPrint for their online orders. It shows their stores' sales reports. Access is by invitation from the business; there is no public sign-up. ThambiReport is made and run by Seyon Lab.

What the app shows
- Sales totals and counts by day, hour, store and order type, the top-selling menu items, and the share of returning customers as a percentage only.
- When a manager cancels or refunds an order in the app: that order's number, store, time, pickup or delivery, total, and how it was paid.
The app never shows a customer's name, phone number, address or email.
What we keep about people who sign in
- Personal logins: your name, email address and which stores you can see, entered by the business owner, plus the time of your most recent sign-in. Your password is stored only in a protected (hashed) form. All of this is kept while your login exists.
- Sign-ins: the time, IP address and a short device label such as "iPhone · iOS 18" for each sign-in attempt. These are kept in the server's security logs to protect accounts, are not used for anything else, and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Cancellations and refunds you mark: your name, the time, the amount and any note you add, kept with the business's records.
Who helps us run it
- Sign-in codes are emailed to you through our email provider.
- The connection to our server passes through Cloudflare, which protects it.
Nothing is shared with anyone else, and nothing is sold.
What stays on your phone
- A sign-in token, kept in the iPhone Keychain or the Android Keystore, and your appearance setting (Match phone, Light or Dark).
- Report numbers stay in the app's memory only while it is open. They are never saved on the phone.
- Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or passcode unlock is checked by the phone itself. The app never receives your biometric data.
- Signing out removes your sign-in from the phone.
What we never do
No ads, no tracking and no analytics. We don't sell or share your information.
Removing your access or your information
The business owner can turn off a login at any time, and it stops working at once. To see, correct or delete the name and email we hold for you, email support@seyonlab.com, or see Delete your ThambiReport data.
Children
ThambiReport is for business use by adults and is not meant for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
